Refund policy
1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you receive your order (or the last item if the order is split into multiple deliveries).

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in writing (email is acceptable).
Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You will receive a full refund of the product price, including the standard delivery cost (if applicable), within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that they have been sent.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed
